Set an in and out point and get exactly that section, cut to the frame, not the nearest keyframe. Add several sections to export multiple clips from one source.
Crop video for Reels, Shorts and TikTok
Reframe a landscape video to 9:16 (or 4:5, 1:1, or a custom frame), slide the subject into the safe area, and fill the bands with black or a soft blur.
Add captions and subtitles to video
Auto-transcribe the clip’s speech, pull the transcript from the source video, or type your own, then lay in captions styled for Reels, Shorts or a talking-head clip. Burned in on export.
Auto-generate subtitles from speech

Add music and sound effects to a video
Drop an audio file onto its own track under the video, slide it to line up, trim either end, set the volume and fade it in or out. Keep or lower the original sound, and split a track to place a sound effect at an exact moment.
Add floating emoji to a video
Drop a layer of animated emoji stickers over a clip, raining down, floating up, drifting across or scattered, on its own timeline track so you set exactly when it plays and which part of the frame it covers. Stack as many as you like, with the preset packs or your own emoji.
Turn photos into a video
Drag photos onto the timeline and each becomes a video segment you can trim, reorder and pan across with a slow Ken Burns move. Mix them with video clips, add music and captions, and export one MP4.
Split-screen and grid video maker
Merge two or more videos or photos into one frame with Scene Builder: side by side, stacked, a 2x2 grid, or a custom grid you resize by dragging the borders. Pick which frame you hear or mix them all, and crop, trim and position each one - then cut to a different layout later in the same video.
Remove silence from video automatically
Detect and cut the dead air between sentences so a talking clip moves at pace, with a single control for how aggressive the trim is.
Change video speed and keep pitch
Speed a clip up or slow it down from 0.25x to 4x from a control over the video. It changes that clip only, so audio you added, text and photos keep their own timing, and voices stay natural instead of chipmunked.
Add a Ken Burns zoom or pan
Animate a slow push-in or pan across a clip by setting a start framing and an end framing. The move eases smoothly between them.
Clean up and boost speech audio
Level and lift quiet speech, reduce steady background noise like hiss, hum or room tone, and balance the overall volume so a clip is comfortable to listen to.
Add a watermark to video
Place a text or logo watermark that stays out of the way, with a floating option that moves between corners so it is hard to crop out.
Add filters and color adjustments to video
Adjust brightness, contrast and saturation, or switch to black and white, right in the editor. Preview the look live over the clip, then export it baked into the video.
Combine photos and videos into one collage

Picture-in-picture video maker

Subtitle downloader & video transcript download (SRT)
Paste a video link into the dedicated subtitle and transcript downloader, or fetch it inline in the Clipper - either way you get the video’s own captions back as an SRT file, or as plain text, useful for captions, translation, or just reading back what was said without opening the video.
Rotate and flip video
Fix a sideways or upside-down clip, or mirror it, right in the editor. Rotate in 90-degree steps, flip horizontal or vertical, then export with it baked in.
